How is the Roseberryshop team able buy item overseas all the time?
We have our team that is currently living in the UK and the US. They buy these items and ship them to Malaysia
Are the items sold on Roseberryshop original?
Yes! We do not sell any imitation products on Roseberryshop. We support the development of fashion and appreciate creative talents and therefore do not sell imitations.
I do not want to disclose my credit card details. Can I still make payment via credit card?
Yes, you can still use your credit card and make payment via PayPal.
I live in Malaysia. Can I collect the product myself to save on delivery charges?
Yes, but only by appointment. We are located in Petaling Jaya. Please e-mail us to set up an appointment.
